石油设备网讯 据俄罗斯油气网塔什干7月24日消息称，在印度尼西亚注册的泛亚资源公司计划从2020年起向乌兹别克斯坦的费尔干纳炼油厂供应多达100万吨石油产品。
泛亚资源公司已与阿富汗政府签署了一项协议，供应多达100万吨的石油产品。该文件是在2019年7月17日在塔什干举行的乌兹别克斯坦-阿富汗政府间经贸合作委员会(IGC)第1次会议的框架内签署的。

Uzbekistan plans to supply 1 million tons of petroleum products to Afghanistan
Tashkent, Neftegaz.RU. Trans Asia Resources, registered in Indonesia, plans to supply Afghanistan with up to 1 million tons of petroleum products from the Fergana Oil Refinery in Uzbekistan from 2020.
Trans Asia Resources has signed an agreement with the Government of Afghanistan on the supply of up to 1 million tons of petroleum products. The document was signed within the framework of the 1st meeting of the Uzbek-Afghan Intergovernmental Commission (IGC) on trade and economic cooperation in Tashkent on July 17, 2019.
Supply of petroleum products, in particularly, gasolineand diesel fuel, can begin from 2020 after the conclusion of firm contracts with commercial structures of Afghanistan. In the future, it is also planned to adjust the supply of products to Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.
The largest Fergana refinery in Uzbekistan was commissioned in 1959. It incorporates 35 process units and produces about 60 types of petroleum products. The design capacity of the refining plant is 5.5 million tons / year of oil.
In total, there are 3 oil refineries in Uzbekistan - Bukhara, Fergana and Altyarik - with a total capacity of 11.12 million tons / year. Earlier, Uzbekneftegaz planned to build the 4th refinery in the Jizzakh region. However, in March 2019, the concept of the project was revised, and construction was suspended, because Uzbekneftegaz decided to focus on upgrading the existing Bukhara and Fergana refineries. The modernization of the Bukhara refinery is estimated at $ 600 million, and South Korea will spend it.
