石油设备网讯 据Neftegaz.RU萨拉瓦特4月15日消息称，西布尔和俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司萨拉瓦特分公司签署了一项公司协议，并开始联合开发基于萨拉瓦特石化联合企业（SNHK）的丙烯酸丁酯市场。
根据该协议，双方将为丙烯酸丁酯的加工提供奖励，并为其实施提供竞争条件。
西布尔在捷尔津斯克工厂生产丙烯酸丁酯，年产量超过4万吨。俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司萨拉瓦特分公司丙烯酸丁酯的年产能达到8万吨。产品销往俄罗斯及出口市场。两家公司的合作将有助于支持开发进一步加工丙烯酸丁酯的产品，在俄罗斯市场进口替代产品，并在出口供应方面制定统一的战略。
俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司萨拉瓦特分公司是俄罗斯最大的炼油和石化联合企业之一。进行一套完整的碳氢化合物加工循环。生产的产品有汽油、柴油、煤油等石油产品、液化气体、丁醇、增塑剂、聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、氨、尿素等。它是俄罗斯联邦最大的出口商。公司对现有生产进行改造和新建，引进自动化过程控制系统，完善管理结构，优化企业。

Salavat, Neftegaz.RU. SIBUR and Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat entered into a corporate agreement and begin joint activities to develop the market for butyl acrylate based on the Salavat Petrochemical Complex (SNHK).
According to the agreement, the parties will provide incentives for the processing of butyl acrylate and competitive conditions for its implementation.
SIBUR produces butyl acrylate at the Dzerzhinsk plant - with a capacity of more than 40 thousand tons / year. The capacities of Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat for the production of butyl acrylate amount to 80 thousand tons / year. Products are sold in the Russian and export markets. Cooperation of the companies will allow to support the development of products for the further processing of butyl acrylate, import substitution in the Russian market, as well as to develop a unified strategy in terms of export supplies.
Gazprom neftekhim Salavat is one of the largest oil refining and petrochemical complexes in Russia. Carries out a full cycle of hydrocarbon processing. Among the products manufactured are gasolines, diesel fuel, kerosene, other petroleum products, liquefied gases, butyl alcohols, plasticizers, polyethylene, polystyrene, ammonia, carbamide, etc. It is the largest exporter in the Russian Federation.
