石油设备网讯 据管道新闻网4月4消息称，HitecVision宣布，它已经通过一家投资组合公司签署了一项协议，收购索尔维格天然气公司的100%股权。索尔维格天然气公司是挪威天然气基础设施Gassled的重要所有者，该公司交付了欧洲天然气消费量的四分之一。
索尔维格天然气公司的所有者已达成就将索尔维天然气公司100％的股份出售给HitecVision投资组合公司的销售和购买协议，商业生效日期为2019年1月1日。
索尔维格天然气挪威公司是Gassled（持股25.6％）的重要所有者，Gassled是挪威大陆架向欧洲市场输送天然气的基础设施。索尔维格天然气公司成立于2011年，总部位于斯塔万格。
交易的完成需要得到挪威石油和能源部、挪威财政部和挪威竞争管理局的批准。

HitecVision acquires Solveig Gas
HitecVision has announced that it has, through a portfolio company, signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Solveig Gas Holdco AS. Solveig Gas is a significant owner in Gassled, the Norwegian gas infrastructure which delivers approximately a quarter of Europe’s gas consumption.
The owners of Solveig Gas Holdco AS have entered into a sale and purchase agreement regarding the sale of 100% of the shares in Solveig Gas Holdco AS to a portfolio company of HitecVision, with a commercial effective date of 1 January 2019.
Solveig Gas Norway AS is a significant owner in Gassled (25.6%), the infrastructure for transporting gas from the Norwegian shelf to the European market. Solveig Gas AS was established in 2011 and is based in Stavanger.
The closing of the transaction is subject to the approval of the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, the Norwegian Ministry of Finance and the Norwegian Competition Authority.
