石油设备网讯 据道琼斯3月14日消息，安格斯能源公司周四表示，公司已经与Doriemus公司签署一份具有法律约束力的买卖装置议，将购买后者在Lidsey油田20%的股权。
安格斯能源公司表示，此次出售还包括Doriemus公司在Lidsey-X2生产井30%的直接参与开采权益。
Lidsey油田位于英国西苏塞克斯。此次收购需要获得监管机构和合作伙伴的批准。

DJ Angus Energy to Buy 20% Stake in Lidsey Oil Field
Angus Energy PLC (ANGS.LN) said Thursday it has entered a legally binding sale and purchase agreement to buy Doriemus PLC's (DOR.AU) 20% interest in the Lidsey oil field.
The oil-and-gas company said the sale also includes Doriemus' 30% direct participating working interest in the Lidsey-X2 production well.
The Lidsey oil field is located in West Sussex, England. The acquisition is conditional on regulatory and partner approvals.
