中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯伦敦3月7日消息，俄第二大石油生产商鲁克石油公司首席执行长Vagit Alekperov周四表示，公司已经与道达尔公司达成一项协议，双方将联合参与黎巴嫩海洋油气项目招标活动。
Alekperov告诉记者：“在黎巴嫩，我们已经与道达尔达成协议，将联合参与招标活动，同时将成为中标项目的合作伙伴。”

Lukoil CEO: Have Reached Deal with Total on Joint Bid in Lebanon Tender

LONDON--OAO Lukoil Holdings (LKOH.RS), Russia's No. 2 oil producer, has reached a deal with France's Total S.A. (TOT) for a joint bid on tenders for offshore hydrocarbon projects in Lebanon, Lukoil's chief executive, Vagit Alekperov, said Thursday.
"In Lebabnon, we have reached agreement with Total about joint participation in the tender and will be partners with them," Mr. Alekperov told reporters.
Lukoil has in recent years been looking abroad to offset production declines at its core fields in Western Siberia.
