石油设备网讯 据普氏能源资讯4月2日报道称，孟加拉国国营石油公司Petrobangla通过提高其2019年上游合同来提振国内天然气产量，此举正值能源安全担忧加剧之际，但要填补该国的能源赤字，还有很多工作要做。
这个南亚国家面临严重的电力短缺和国内天然气产量下降，迫使其进口液化天然气并建设新的燃煤发电厂以满足其能源需求。

Bangladesh's sweetened upstream contracts may fail to plug energy deficit
Bangladesh's state-run national oil company Petrobangla's efforts to boost domestic natural gas production by sweetening its 2019 upstream contracts come amid deepening energy security concerns, but a lot more will need to be done to plug the country's energy deficit.
The South Asian country faces crippling power shortages and declining domestic gas production, forcing it to import LNG and build new coal-fired power generation plants to meet its energy requirements.
Its offshore bidding rounds in 2008, 2012 and 2016 did not generate much interest among international oil companies due to unattractive fiscal terms and because oil majors were reallocating capital expenditures away from niche acreage to focus on more lucrative areas like US shale.
Bangladesh plans to offer a 7.5% increase in natural gas prices to international oil companies to attract interest in its upcoming offshore bidding round in 2019, state-run Petrobangla's Chairman Md Ruhul Amin told S&P Global Platts in a recent interview.
He said the selected bidders would also have the right to export natural gas in any form, piped or LNG, after the first right of refusal from Petrobangla.
